Our name: Literally ‘House of Angels’, we picked this name as a tribute to our favorite city Los Angeles where we ‘live’ the real estate business every day. We view real estate not just as a business but as integral to life and love that the meaning of ‘HausAngeles’ is a reminder that housing is ‘sacred’. We want our name and work to exude quality, professionalism and design to all our clients, whether they purchase a $200,000 home or buy/sell a $20 million estate.
Our scope includes properties classified as condominium’s, single family residences, multi-family apartment buildings (i.e., properties with 4+ residential units), and commercial properties. While we do not have an explicit focus on the for-lease market, we do support our existing clients with their leasing needs as a value-added service offering. Our company achieves the above through separate divisions focused on transactions and consulting, and different team members/agents focused on first time home buyers, residential real estate, investment real estate and commercial/multi-family real estate. HausAngeles is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, Los Feliz. Keller Williams is the fastest growing and 3rd largest real estate brokerage in North America.
Our geographic focus: Our core geographic coverage area is Los Angeles County, not including Palmdale or Lancaster. We are experts in pricing and marketing, and help clients list and sell their homes all across our coverage area. On the buyer front, our team includes agents dedicated to serving buyers looking to purchase on the Eastside, Westside, San Fernando Valley, Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena neighborhoods. For clients who would like to buy outside these neighborhoods or in a different city, we help evaluate and select a leading neighborhood realtor who takes the ‘on the ground’ lead and works with HausAngeles’ continued support and oversight
